Overview:
The Kenwood KVT-719DVD DVD receiver makes a solid foundation for a powerful mobile multi-media system. It's easy to build a system to suit your needs, thanks to the host of built-in features and convenient add-on options. And you control it all from the bright 7" touchscreen. You'll find plenty of entertainment options right out of the box. View all your favorite DVDs on the touchscreen while you're parked, or listen to your CDs or discs loaded with digital music files — built-in Dolby Digital processing and a high-powered internal amplifier will make it all sound great. A high-resolution digital-to analog converter maximizes focus and clarity, and comprehensive tone controls allow you to tune your system to match your tastes. An attractive user interface makes entering commands and scrolling through menu options simple and quick. You can view your digital photographs on the screen or add a personal photo as the background image. The KVT-719DVD accommodates a number of add-on accessories. Kenwood's Bluetooth adapter allows you to send and receive calls from your compatible cell phone through your stereo. A USB port allows you to connect any number of music players, including an iPod®, or to charge your digital devices. Pick up Kenwood's iPod adapter to gain total access to your video and music files. You can also connect an XM or SIRIUS radio to receive satellite radio programming, or add an HD Radio™ tuner to improve the quality of your AM/FM broadcasts. A dedicated input controls Kenwood's optional navigation system for complete turn-by-turn directions. Yearly updates keep the system accurate, so it won't become obsolete as roads and businesses change. You'll find an audio/video input for adding a game console or separate video source, as well as an output for connecting a separate back seat monitor. Dual-zone mode makes it possible for front seat passengers to enjoy music while people in the rear seat watch a movie. And if you really want to make the music powerful, you can add external amps to the front, rear, and subwoofer preouts on the receiver. An input for an optional rear-view camera adds safety and convenience, especially if you have a large vehicle or tow a boat or trailer.
