Shipping & Returns

Returns and Exchanges:

  • 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns and exchanges.
  • Exchanges and returns will only be given if the item is returned as shipped. Meaning it must include the box that it came in including all paper work, accessories, plastic bags, etc.
  • Top Car Audio must be notified within 7 calendar days via email for returns and exchanges. An MRA will have to be issued for all returns. Please email us at returns@topcaraudio.com
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping charge for the item to be returned.
  • Items will be checked when received, if item is considered used or with missing parts, customer will be charged to send item back and no exchange or refund will be issued.


  • All items unless otherwise stated have a 1 year warranty from Top Car Audio.
  • Warranty is only contingent with a receipt of installation from a professional car audio store. Receipt must be provided when claiming warranty.
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping the item to us and must also pay for return shipping and handling.
  • Top Car Audio will either replace or repair the item at its discretion.
  • Before returning the item for warranty an MRA must be issued. Please contact us via email at warranty@topcaraudio.com.


  • Credit/Debit card payments are taken via authorize.net.
  • We do not take personal checks or cash.
  • You may send a money order or cashiers check.
  • If paid via money order or cashiers check, your item will ship once the money order or cashiers check clears.
  • If you are paying via money order or cashiers check please email us BEFORE placing order at sales@topcaraudio.com.


  • If you pay via credit card, we will only ship to your credit card address, no exceptions. (P.O BOX addresses please contact us before placing order).
  • If you pay via money order or cashiers check we can ship anywhere you like in the United States.
  • We do not ship outside of the United States.
  • We ship via UPS.
  • UPS does not ship to P.O Boxes, if you have a P.O BOX please contact us before placing order.
  • We will email you the tracking number of your item the following day of shipping.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items by UPS or USPS.
  • If you item is lost or received damaged please contact UPS and then contact us.
  • All items are insured by UPS.
